Leila loves the wild cliffs of Afon Ddu and the old house she's known forever. It's always been home: when there was just the three of them - Lio, Tom and her - and even now with the step-mother and Imogen. But there is talk of moving away and Leila doesn't want to go - too many questions lie unanswered.
Just how did her mother die and what did Leila witness on the cliff top, if anything?
Leila needs to move fast if she's going to lay her ghosts to rest. But doing so means facing up to the drunken ravings of mad Mr Parry and the scary Crow Woman, who obviously knows more than she's telling... Lio's legacy will linger across generations if Leila doesn't find out what led her to Afon Ddu all those years ago.
