Thorne Moore

Thorne Moore grew up in Luton, in a politically active (left-wing) family. She read history at Aberystwyth, before working as a library assistant and then moved to Wales in 1983, to set up a restaurant with her sister. She now lives in a village in North Pembrokeshire, overlooking the Preseli Hills, where she makes miniature furniture for collectors and writes, inspired in part by the countryside around her.
