Carolyn Lewis
Carolyn Lewis was born in Cardiff in 1947. Married twice with three daughters and five grandchildren, she now lives in Bristol. Writing since she was eight years old, her work has been published by [italics:Mslexia], Accent Press, the [italics:New Welsh Review], [italics:Route], [italics:Libbon] and [italics:QWF] as well as being included in two previous Honno anthologies: [italics:My Cheating Heart] and [italics:Changing Times]. Her stories have won a number of competitions including the Lichfield and the Phillip Good Memorial Prize and she has been shortlisted for the Asham Award and the Fish. In 2003 she graduated from the University of Glamorgan with an M.Phil. in Writing. Her first novel 'Missing Nancy', was published in 2008 by Accent Press. Her second book 'The Novel - A Perfect Recipe: A Guide to Writing Your First Novel' was published by Silverwood Books in January 2010.
